Acceptance of these terms
By using this website you agree to these terms and to our Privacy policy. If you don’t agree, please don’t use the site. You can always reach us by phone or mail about your account.
Who can use this site
You must be at least 18 to use the account tools on this site. Use it only for your own account, for an account you’re authorized to manage, or for your business’s dealings with Recovian.
If you’re acting for someone else, make sure you have their permission first.
Recovian Pay
Recovian Pay, our payment portal, isn’t live yet. This website doesn’t process payments or collect payment information.
When Recovian Pay goes live, these terms will apply to it:
- Payment authorization: you choose the amount and the date, and you authorize us to process the payment. You’ll see a summary before you confirm.
- Scheduled payments: for a plan, you authorize each installment on the schedule you pick, and we remind you before each one.
- Failed payments: if a payment doesn’t go through, we’ll tell you and you can try again or choose another option. Recovian charges no fee for a failed payment. Your bank may have its own.
- Changes and cancellations: you can change or cancel a plan or a scheduled payment any time before it’s processed.
- Receipts: we send a receipt for every payment, in the way you prefer.
No consumer fees
Recovian doesn’t charge consumers fees to pay online, by phone or by mail. Your bank or card issuer may have its own fees.
Every amount on your account is itemized in the notices we send you.
Electronic communications
By giving us your email address, or by using the portal, you agree to receive notices, receipts and account information electronically. Where the law allows, electronic notices count as written notices.
You can ask for paper copies, or take back your consent, at any time. If you do, we’ll send notices by mail. To read electronic notices you’ll need a device with internet access and an up-to-date browser.
Text message terms
We text only numbers we have consent to contact, where consent is required. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help.
Our texts are about your account and your options. For help, call (800) 555-0142. Opting out of texts doesn’t change your account, and you can still pay or set up a plan any time.
Account information and disputes
Account details on this site come from the creditor who placed your account with us. If something looks wrong, dispute it. If you dispute all or part of the debt within the period described in your validation notice, we’ll stop collecting the amount you dispute until we send you verification.
You can still pay or set up a plan at any time, and you can ask for the name and address of the original creditor. To ask a question or dispute a debt, see Got a letter from us?.

Please don’t:
- break the law or help anyone else to;
- try to reach someone else’s account or information;
- interfere with the site’s security, or probe it for weaknesses without our written permission;
